SERVICE AGREEMENT

• Our purpose is to assist in the "For Sale By Owner" process by offering FSBO sellers in the Alamance County area and buyers from anywhere in the U.S. an opportunity to find each other over the internet. We are not realtors and our initial fee is the only payment we receive from either buyer or seller.
• Our one-time $150 fee includes listing time (continuous only) on the fsbo Alamance County,fsbo Mebane and Black Dog Homes and the use of our professional "For Sale By Owner" yard sign.
• Your listing term expires when your property sale closes, you take your property off the market or you list it with a real estate agent/broker, whichever occurs first.
• Yard sign remains property of fsbo Alamance County and fsbo Alamance County does not accept responsibility for accidental injury involving the yard sign or its placement.
• There are no refunds. Since we incur most of our expenses in the first few days of listing a new property we cannot offer refunds.
• Listings are for one property only and are non-transferable.
• The home seller is responsible for the accuracy of their listing. Those knowingly misrepresenting their property will be asked to correct the inaccuracy. Failure to do so may result in termination of your listing.
• We install or deliver signs outside of Alamance County on a limited basis. Those outside of this area may contact us at 919-563-4911 or 336-263-4539. Use of a yard sign may involve a deposit, self pick up and self installation.
• You agree to pay fsbo Alamance County $100 for signs not made available for pickup after your listing term expires or for signs damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
